The four-year Diploma Program is available for students interested in a more structured, intense program with mentoring and exhibition exposure as well as priority registration in any class or workshop. Students are admitted into this program by application only.

Applications are accepted throughout the academic year. The application deadline for early decision is February 8, 2011. Students will be notified of their status by March 18. The final application deadline is April 15, 2011. Students will be notified of their status by May 20th.

In order to apply for the program, one must include the following along with their application:

FEES
Application fee of $50.00, registration fee of $50.00 payable upon acceptance. (non-refundable)

The Diploma Program annual tuition is $12,500.00
An installment plan is available.
A scholarship application is also available for the Diploma Program online. Please complete all parts as indicated and submit the required documents in order to receive consideration.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
Include a statement that describes your reasons for pursuing the Diploma Program at the National Academy School of Fine Arts.

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT:
A portfolio of 8 -10 pieces of work must accompany this application. Images can be uploaded online with the application. Original artwork will be accepted only during interview.

INTERVIEW:
All applicants are strongly advised to contact NAD to arrange a personal interview and portfolio review with the admissions committee. Portfolio requirements are listed above. Once all the appropriate application materials are received, the School Director will contact you to set up an appointment.

ACCEPTANCE:
Applicants will receive notification of acceptance by mail with further information on scholarship application, tuition, fees, I-20 visas for non-residents of the U.S., and other matters pertaining to attendance.

The admissions committee will make a decision on your application only after all of the following materials have been received:
