WILBUR NIEWALD, NA ANA 1994; NA 1994 Born in Kansas City, MO, 1925, painter Wilbur Niewald earned a BFA and an MFA from the Kansas City Art Institute. He lives and works in Kansas City, MO, and has taught at the Kansas City Art Institute and the New York Studio School.
