DON PERLIS, NA ANA 1993; NA 1994 Born in New York, NY, painter Don Perlis studied at the School of Visual Arts, Art Students League, New York Technical College, and Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture. He has taught at Pratt Institute and the Fashion Institute of Technology. He lives and works in New York City and is represented by the Denise Bibro Fine Art, NY. Recent exhibitions include numerous shows at Denise Bibro Fine Art, NY; Claudia Carr Gallery; Sindin Gallery; 32 Realists, Cleveland Museum of Art; and the Whitney Museum of American Art. His work is included in the collections of the Seven Bridges Museum, CT; Corcoran Gallery of Art, DC; Minneapolis Institute of Art; Weatherspoon Gallery; University of North Carolina; and the Collection of F.
