AUDREY USHENKO, NA ANA 1993; NA 1994 Born in Princeton, NJ, 1945, painter Audrey Ushenko earned a BA from Indiana University, and an MA and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University. She lives and works in Chicago, IL, and Fort Wayne, IN, and is represented by the Denise Bibro Gallery, NY. Recent exhibitions include Southeastern Missouri Museum; Fort Wayne Museum of Art; Denise Bibro Gallery; Gruen Galleries, Chicago; and Yvonne Rapp Gallery, Louisville, KY. Her work is included in the collections of the St. Louis University Museum, MO; Eversham Museum, Syracuse, NY; Brauer Museum of Art; and the First National Bank of Chicago Collection. She is the recipient of an Isidor Medal and a Thomas B. Clark Prize, National Academy; and an Institute of Museum & Library Services Grant. She has been doing a project of painting various museum interiors across the county.
