Born in New York, NY, 1926, painter Robert Vickrey studied at Wesleyan University, Yale University, and the Art Students League. He lives and works in Naples, FL, and is represented there by the Harmon-Meek Gallery. Recent exhibitions include the Harmon-Meek Gallery; Hunter Museum of Art; Cantaon Art Institute; Kennedy Galleries; ACA Galleries; Munson Gallery; Midwest Museum of American Art; Roanoke Museum of Fine Arts; and the Frances Aaronson Gallery, Atlanta, GA. He is the recipient of an Edwin Austin Abbey Mural Fellowship; Audubon Artists Award; American Watercolor Society Award; numerous awards, Audubon Society; and the S.J.
